We cook our own chillis, and overnight slow-cooked pulled pork - for which we are particularly well known. All recipes will be included in the sale.
Along with our 5* food hygiene rating, we have recently been shortlisted as a finalist in the Food Awards Wales 2022, in the best Mexican category. The restaurant has an excellent reputation amongst the students, and with north of 40,000 burritos a year being made you'll be hard-pressed to find a student who hasn't tried one!
We also enjoy strong trade from local workers in the area. Our loyalty scheme is generous and results in significant repeat trade. In the evenings, the store enjoys strong delivery trade from Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat – all of which have been developed and worked on throughout Covid. They now act as a major boost to sales.
There is significant scope to drive sales higher through marketing, a breakfast offering, later night trade, and developing the menu to include other Mexican items. We have invested heavily in the equipment in the store, replacing all equipment with new high-quality items. All the equipment is PAT tested and in a good state of repair.
The sale will come with two weeks of full time training by the business owner, and one month of availability to ask questions and help solve problems.
We are reluctantly putting this store on the market to focus on our other business interests. We are not able to give the store the time and effort it deserves to take it to the next level.
