EGGBREAK

You oversee all restaurant operations, achieving high levels of guest service and liaising with senior management to achieve overall goals.

·Responsible for training restaurant staff to improve service and maintain high levels of guest experience. 

·Staff scheduling and performance management. 

·Liaising with Head Chef on culinary operations within the restaurant.

·Responsible for the safe opening and closing of the restaurant.

·Cash handling and daily reporting of revenues as per brand SOP’s

·Food & Beverage stock; ordering, stock counts and COS% reporting for the restaurant
